CONPRINTA’s success story in South East Asia continues

Cheng Loong Corporation has invested in a 5 color flexographic web printing system plus 1 varnishing unit for preprinted linerboard.

The CONPRINTA IMD 2200 will be installed at Cheng Loong Long An Container Co. Ltd. in Vietnam. To keep up with the robust growth of South East Asia, Cheng Loong invests in Vietnam in recent years to establish integrated manufacturing and selling of industrial paper and corrugated containers. Now, Cheng Loong has one paper mill and three box plants in Vietnam.

The CONPRINTA IMD 2200 is equipped with the latest technology, which combines versatility, flexibility and productivity without compromising product quality. The CONPRINTA IMD 2200 is operator-friendly thanks to the fast change over capability of the press. While the press is able to pre-register a job, automatic inline registration control cameras in combination with an auto impression set mode enable the operators to start-up a job without human interference or waste.

The CONPRINTA technology is unique amongst all analogue preprinting alternatives characterized by its unparalleled printing format and the minimization of machine set-up efforts.
