Additional Pre-Print units help Print House expand their portfolio and shorten lead times.

It was 1987 when a group of French board plant owners invested and formed a dedicated pre-print house. Known as France Flexo, the independent company was created to supply preprinted liners to the cooperative of board plants, and now some 24 years later, the business is flourishing thanks to continued investment in the latest preprinting technology. A wall full of DuPont and ATF awards is testament to the quality and consistency of their work.
The company has changed hands since its formation and today is owned in a 51/49 per cent partnership by German pre-print specialist Christiansen Print and Saica Pack of Spain. France Flexo employs 30 people and in 2010 printed over 60 million sqm of liners, generating a turnover of €7 million. Run as an entirely autonomous business unit, it operates from a conveniently located factory unit in Garancieres-en-Beauce, some 60 km outside of Paris. “Our location is perfect,” comments Nadine Roguiez, General Manager. “From our factory, it is less than two kilometres to the arterial highway system which gives us excellent access to every part of Europe. While the majority of our work — almost 80 per cent — is supplied to board plants in France, the remainder of our capacity serves boxplants in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Poland, Hungary and the UK. We also supply pre-printed liners as far north as Finland.” ...
